LPConv 2.0 This is a program to transform normal images (jpg, GIF, bmp) in logpolar images with a deformation that is close to that of the human retina. The parameters of the transformation can be manually adjusted and the result saved.
OrbitCam This is a program that allows to use a normal webcam as it were a retina-like sensor. It simulates the logpolar structure of the human eye. Besides it allows to test several effects to the images in order to simulate various aspects of perception (saturate colours, motion detections, etc.). It requires a webcam!!!
Chromatic Analyzer This program allows to compute on the fly a chromatic histogram of the image. This is a function that isn't normally available on more sophisticated photoediting sotware. The goal is to evaluate the painter availability of different nuances of colors.
